GSA South Photo Day info

Parents,

We hope everyone survived Hurricane Irma unscathed, and for those that had damage to their houses and property (or suffered injuries), we will keep you in thoughts and prayers. Please be safe out there!

Saturday, September 3oth is Recreation Picture Day for GSA South! All GSA South teams scheduled for HOME matches (the majority of you) will take team and individual pictures before your match this weekend.

When do I show up?

We ask that you show up EARLY at your ASSIGNED time (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be on time) to take a team picture and individual pictures. Please note: ALL PLAYERS MUST SHOW UP FOR THEIR TEAM PICTURE REGARDLESS IF YOU INTEND ON PURCHASING A PHOTO. Others on your team may want the picture, and we use these pictures as a gift/thank you to your volunteer coaches at the end of the year as a memory. So make sure you are present and on time!

We did the best we can to accommodate all teams around their game times, so that you aren't here TOO early but hopefully would not impact pre-game warmups.

How do I order my pictures?

Soccer pictures are ordered ahead of time, and can be done online at https://preorder.groupphotographers.com/?wo=955208

Please avoid waiting until you arrive at the park to order pictures if at all possible. This will greatly reduce wait times to get your pictures. As a reminder, this is one of the largest fundraisers for our club, so please participate!

What do we wear?

This is a little challenging due to the fact that many players are waiting on a jersey to arrive. When possible, we want all players wearing their red Puma game jersey, black Puma Game shorts, and black Puma socks for their team pictures (you can wear the black game jersey for your individual picture if you wish). HOWEVER, Please bring BOTH your red and black game jersey to picture day!!! If a player on your team is missing the red game jersey, you can quickly switch to the black jersey for your team picture.

Coaches: Please wear your red GSA Coaching shirt!

Where do we go?

All pictures for GSA South will be taken at the Pavillion at the back of Founders field.

My team does not play this weekend (or we play AWAY), what do we do for picture day?

Your team is welcome to come to picture day. We would just ask that you organize this with your whole team to make sure all players can attend and have the coach contact PhotoVentures directly to schedule.
