TOWN LEAGUE REFEREES PAYMENT REQUEST FORM FALL 2023
Please fill out the form below for EACH game you referee this season! The information you enter will be verified with the schedule.

Rates: All rates will be calculated on the two person system we should have for each game. If you have to ref a game alone, you will be paid 1.5 times the normal rate. (note: rate increase for Fall 22 has been applied)
Rates for a pair or alone below:
Division 678C = $17.00 (Alone $25.00)
Division 345B & 345G = $15.00 (Alone $23.00)
Division 1&2B & 1&2G = $15.00 (Alone $23.00)

Checks will be mailed to you after the end of the season, please make sure you submit your games each week. The faster you submit all information, the faster I can get checks issued.
