Division 6 Travel Team Guidelines

Playing Time

All players must receive playing time equal to that of the majority of team members in every league game and every tournament game. (Game time is 2 - 25 min. Halves so each player must receive approximately 30 minutes playing time)

Field Positions

Players should be rotated regularly between offensive and defensive positions alternating every half or every other game.

Coaching Philosophy

Coaching philosophy and goals should be primarily instructional and secondarily competitive.

Number of Players

*A maximum of 14 and minimum of 8 players should be selected.*

Games are 8 v 8; seven field players and 1 goalkeeper

*Must adhere to Morris County Youth Soccer Laws

Out of Town Players

No out of town players will be permitted.
