All Sessions have Trainers

All 1-hour sessions are composed of 1/2 hour Training/Practice time, 1/2 hour Scrimmage Time

Coaches / Assistants must be at the fields with the players.

Trainers work with each team for the 1st half-hour then act as

"referees / Scrimmage coordinators for the 2nd half-hour
