Reminder:   This is the Sparta Soccer Club's form to gather the information required by MCYSA. Fall 08  team registrations are due June 26, 2008 or sooner if possible  -- they must be reviewed by the Director of Travel,  and forwarded to the league by 7/1/08

Teams not registered as of July 1, 2008 will not be eligible to participate in the FALL 08 season.

Please be as DETAILED as possible with any pertinent comments that should be considered when flighting your team. The flighting committee heavily weights your comments. The number of flights in an age bracket varies from season to season and can not be determined until all registrations have been received. ** By requesting a specific flight # at this time you may cause your team to be mis-flighted. ** Therefore, please do NOT request specific flight numbers – base your comments on the Flight Levels listed above.

* IMPORTANT * League Guidelines prohibit scheduling of games before 1 pm on Sundays without prior consent of the visiting team.  Some teams do not have a problem with games scheduled early than 1 pm.
