   Recreation teams are guaranteed one regular practice time.

    Travel Teams are guaranteed two practice times, - time for additional practices are assigned if time/space is available after all guaranteed times have been assigned

Indicate three choices for the day and time you want to reserve practice time   (1 for first choice, 2 for second choice and 3 for third choice)

 If you know the session(s) you will use a trainer please enter as 1T, 2T or 3T (applies to Travel only)

If you are flexible about the start / finish time (within a half hour - recall the adjustments made in the fall -- some went 5:30 to 7 and some 7-8:30 for example) Please indicate your flexibility by entering 1F or 2F or 3F. Please explain BRIEFLY in information box below.
