The Decision to close fields / cancel games due to bad weather is made by the Recreation Dept. or the Town League Vice-president and/or Town League Director. They will notify the webmaster who will post closings on the website. On Saturdays, emails will also be sent to coaches.
Please do not call the Rec. Dept., League officials, or your coach. If you do not receive a phone call please assume the the fields are open and games / practices are on! or "No news is Good news!"
Field Closings will be posted on the Home page -- but there is no guarantee the webmaster will always receive the information and be able to post it. If received, messages will be dated and in the "Club News Box" as often as possible. Otherwise wait for a phonecall.
