Thank-you for volunteering to Coach!   (please indicate on your child's registration form)

 

If you have volunteered to coach for the  Spring 2008 season please make sure that we have your current email (send any change or correction to our new Town Registrar, Pegi Scott) She will be in touch with you to confirm you as a coach and to provide more information. If you have not been certified or have an F license or higher - you must attend the Coach Certification Course run by the Sparta Recreation Dept. Tuesday 4/1/08  7:00-10:00 pm and Saturday 4/5/08 9:00am- 12 noon at the Sparta Senior Center. Please let Bill Prickett by 3/14/08 know if you will be attending as the Rec. Dept. needs a head count. This course is required by the Township for liability / insurance purposes. Without certification you are not allowed to be on the field coaching. If coaches are already certified in another sport and just need to see the sports  sport specific (soccer & lacrosse during the first half-hour followed by general certification portion then baseball & softball specific)

Monday 4/14 (BE THERE)

Division Pre-K and 7(Kindergarten) - 6:30 to 7:30

Division 3, 4G 5, 5G, 6B, and 6G – 7:30 to 8:30
