Town League Uniform Order Form

 

Players in Divisions 3, 4 and 5 who do not already own one must purchase their uniform. They are the same uniforms as used in the past years (navy / columbia blue reversible jersey.)

 

Light blue soccer socks are also available for purchase.

 

The cost is $17 for the jersey and $6 for the socks.
