Town League "Division Training"

Sparta Soccer Club's  budget has a line item that is specifically for what we call "Division Training". The club hires and schedules professional coach/trainers to work with Town League Players.  Most Station Park teams will have at least one session with a professional trainer. This will be coordinated by the Director of Training and the Head Coach. White Lake teams with the exception of Pre-k and Kindergarten are scheduled for four Monday evenings at White Lake Fields. Specific times and fields are noted on the Division Schedule. The training staff is scheduled to work with Pre-k and Kindergarten during their Saturday sessions.

The club is committed to operating the best possible recreation league for our children. We believe that over the last few years that this program has been in place, the level of playing and coaching has improved. (We also run coaching clinics prior to the start of the season.) We also believe that this also raises the level of fun for the children.

We encourage you to bring your children to all training sessions, they are informative and fun. A team coach or assistant coach is expected to attend the session. This way, coaches as well as children are learning more about soccer. In Division 6 most coaches will also schedule an individual team practice during the week. Although this means another night out, it is a wonderful opportunity for your children.
