Refund Update

Thanks to all who responded quickly.
If you chose to have your refund issued to your credit card, it is being processed - time it takes to appear in CC account will vary according to your card, and the bank they use. Our provider indicates 7-10 days to process then another 3-5 for you to see the refund in your account. If for some reason your refund fails - they'll send me a list - which we will then issue checks (so more time - sorry)

If you chose to apply a credit to your Sparta Soccer account, then your order has been cancelled and the credit appears in your account - login - select my account >view account and it will appear as available credit. this can be applied to a future registration

If you chose to receive a check - it has been requested and you should receive it in the next 2 weeks or so.

If you didn't respond with a choice - your refund has been submitted for a refund to the CC used when you registered.

Thank you all again for your patience. Hope your are well, and hopefully as restrictions are lifted we will be able to work what we can do this fall and will alert you when we can start registration. In the meantime enjoy your summer!
