2026 Spring Town League

Sparta Soccer Club Town / Recreational Program Philosophy: It is the intention of the Sparta Soccer Club to provide the children of Sparta the opportunity to not only learn the game of soccer, but to learn the value of good sportsmanship and healthy competition. We encourage each player to strive to play their best, but also want them to learn that their success is not measured solely by wins and losses.

Programs/ Procedures may be changed or adjusted according to RETURN TO PLAY rules set by the state of NJ, NJ Youth Soccer Association and Sparta Twp.

Our SPRING 2026 season games (are tentatively scheduled -start may vary according to field conditions) for APRIL 25- JUNE 13. Once teams are formed, coaches will notify you with your practice time, which will begin a week or so prior to first games (Practice times do not apply for Kindergarten and Pre-K, they only meet on Saturday game days). We continue to follow school grade year for our Town Recreational program as we feel it's fun for players to play with their school grade.

Note: There are separate boys' and girls' divisions in each age group except 6th/7th & 8th Grade which is Co-ed. Cut off dates are 10/1 thru 9/30. If you have difficulty registering for your child's grade, please email [email protected] and we can add the grade program to your shopping cart

Division and grade levels:

Pre-K –age is 4 years by 9/30/25 (will not enter Kindergarten until Fall 2026)

1st & 2nd graders

3rd, 4th & 5th graders

6th 7th & 8th graders

Reminders: (after 3/15 Registration is open for divisions where space is available only)

$10 Late fee will be charged 3/1/26. Registration will close 3/15/25. This is necessary to allow time for volunteers to finalize everything necessary for the season.

Town League program is open to Sparta Residents only.
