Travel Coaches Registration

SELECTION OF TRAVEL HEAD COACHES
Each travel team must have one head coach and can have one or more assistant coaches. Head coaches are appointed by the SSC Board each year. They are selected to handle the coaching responsibilities for the upcoming fall and spring seasons. The selection of assistant coaches is the responsibility of the head coaches. Head coaches are held APPLICATIONS FOR HEAD COACH New applicants need to submit a resume containing the information listed below to the Director of Coaches, by April15th. Supporting Letters of Recommendation are optional.

TRAVEL COACH REQUIRED ITEMS & FORMS

              ALL Coaches and NV Trainers must complete the following video course 90 min (Link Laws of the Game US Soccer Video) National "E" Component
              You need to complete all of your information and for COURSE DATE: Enter MCYSA 
              A certificate will be emailed to you, you will need to supply that certificate to us in your packet.
Additional Items You Must Submit:

1) 1" x 1" Photo

Note as approved in early 2014 and effective December 2014 all Travel coaches must complete a background check through National Center for Safety Initiatives http://www.ncsisafe.com/ This will be required bi-annually. 

Note: Coaches that take the "F license" course will be reimbursed for the cost of the course once added to a roster, along with a completed Reimbursement expense Form for Coaches and a check will be mailed to you.
